Our heavy-duty systems, such as the Selective Pallet Racking, are engineered for high-intensity storage. Depending on the configuration, each level can typically support from 1000kg to over 3000kg (UDL), ensuring safe support for heavy palletized goods.
2. Can the heavy-duty racking be customized to fit my warehouse height?
Yes. The system is highly flexible. Upright heights can be adjusted to suit your warehouse clearance, allowing you to maximize vertical space. Beams can also be adjusted at 50mm or 75mm intervals to accommodate different cargo heights.
3. Which types of forklifts are compatible with this system?
The TTF Heavy Duty Racking System is compatible with most industrial forklifts, including Counterbalance Forklifts and Reach Trucks. We can help plan the aisle width based on your specific forklift’s turning radius.
4. How is the surface treated to prevent rust?
All components undergo a high-quality Epoxy Powder Coating process. This finish is not only resistant to wear and impact but also effectively prevents oxidation and rust, extending the overall lifespan of the racking system.
